With reference to your Confidential despatch

of the 36th July 1914 I have the honour to transmit to you a copy of a despatch from the General Officer Commanding in China to the War Office on the subject of Indian Sedition in Hong Kong.

2. A duplicate of the despatch was no doubt submitted to you in the ordinary course according to the Colonial Regulations; but I enclose a copy for convenience of reference and shall be glad to learn your views as to the present management of the Gurdwara.
